Tasting notes & pairing
At first glance we find a wine that presents a correct evolution related to its age, dark ruby red in color, with garnet edges, with dense tears. On the nose, it is a complex wine, where tertiary aromas stand out; If we go into more detail, we perceive cassis, spices, vanilla, tobacco and sweet fruit. In the mouth we are surprised by a smooth wine, with great body and tasty tannins, which presents a slight heat in its long finish and excellent balance. Making a general summary we find ourselves facing a varietal with great personality and fine elegance.
