Tasting notes & pairing
Color rojo intenso con reflejos violáceos. En nariz, presenta aromas a cerezas frescas, mermelada de frutilla y notas de vainilla y tostados de su crianza en roble americano, con toques de romero, sandía y frambuesa. En boca, es suave y elegante, con taninos dulces y un retrogusto frutal con roble ahumado. Muy equilibrado y persistente. Marida con bife de chorizo, lasagnas o gouda añejo.
